The exact method I use to package an offer buyers feel stupid refusing — the value equation, a value stack with sourced market rates, deliverables named for outcomes, a guarantee that moves the needle, and pricing with honest scarcity. Load it into your AI agent and build your own.

What’s in it

This is the same skill I run when I package an offer — not a summary of it, the working method. It walks your agent through, in order:

The value equation — raise the dream outcome and the perceived likelihood, shrink the time delay and effort. Most service offers lose on the bottom half; this fixes it before a word of copy.
The sourced value stack — document a real market rate for every deliverable, with its source. This is the move that separates a value stack from theater. (On my own sprint: $50,300 of documented standalone value against $7,500 — 6.7:1.)
Outcome naming — name each deliverable for what the buyer achieves, not the artifact they receive. “Audit” and “report” price like commodities; outcomes don’t.
Guarantee & honest pricing — a two-line guarantee built against the likelihood term, and founding-member pricing with real scarcity and a stated reason — never a fake deadline, which technical buyers smell instantly.

Proof it works? This page’s own offer was built with it. The free-skill hook, the single action, the reason it’s free below — that’s the skill applied to itself.

Why it’s free

It’s one skill from Marketing OS, my full library of GTM skills for founders. I give away the most-requested one because if it sharpens a single offer for you, you’ll want the rest. That’s the whole pitch — no fake urgency, no hoops. Grab it, use it, come back if it earns it.

Who it’s for

Grab it if

  • You’re packaging a new offer, repricing an old one, or productizing a service
  • You work with an AI agent (Claude, etc.) and can load a skill
  • You’d rather build it yourself than hire it out

Skip it if

  • You want the offer built for you — that’s a different door
  • You’re looking for generic pricing tips, not a working method
